Wellness, not medical care

Wovin provides guided connection and communication exercises. It is not therapy or medical care, and it does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.

Purchases

Wovin Lifetime is a one-time, non-renewing purchase made through Apple. It unlocks, for as long as Wovin is offered, the in-app programs, their narrated steps and the conversation guides included in the app, with no per-use server service; any future feature that carries its own running cost may be offered separately. The purchaser keeps ownership. The purchaser's one current paired partner shares that access while the two are paired, and shared access ends on unpair. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Monthly and annual Wovin Pro plans bought before version 1.3 renew through Apple until cancelled in Apple Account subscription settings, and one active plan still covers both members of the active pair.

User content and safety

Shared reflections are 1:1 user content. Wovin has zero tolerance for abusive, threatening, harassing, exploitative, or illegal content. Every shared reflection can be hidden and reported. Reports are reviewed through megan@twohearth.com, with a target response within 24 hours.

Your responsibilities

Use Wovin only if both partners feel safe. Do not pressure another person to use Wovin or to continue an exercise. Either partner can pause shared exercises at any time.
